What is your returns policy?

Due to the unique and/or collectible products available from MontanaSeniorSoftball.com we cannot process returns or exchanges except in very limited circumstances.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, the State of Montana does not require us to charge sales tax.

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, if your delivery address is outside of the United States we will contact you regarding any additional shipping fees. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. Please contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. MontanaSeniorSoftball.com orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

What is your shipping policy?

All items  are shipped ground, insured, and tracking information is provided to you. The shipping time frame is our expectation, usually within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Depending on your location, weather, or transportation/carrier constraints, your order may ship after this time frame. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.
